Suicide is the crucial topic throughout the world that doesn’t rely on specific sex, age and religion.As per WHO nearly 8 lakh people commits suicide, i.e. one in every 40 seconds. The distinct reason for suicide cases has demonstrated the wider range of its possibility in future too. Yet it is preventable “A little awareness and preventive majors would help”. The myth behind suicide is wide spread thus truth should be revealed. The myth is its certain people/ group of people who commits suicide. Those who commits suicide are the one with low confidence level, its limited to young and adult, done in the hit of the moment &to drag others attention.

► Engage yourself in creative work and participate in social function.–“Channelizes your thought process”

► Listen to the person with suicidal symptoms. -“It allows them to ventilate”
► Reach to the expert (counselor, psychiatrist) immediately. -“Don’t wait earlier is best”

► Isolate and keep things to self. “It won’t help it spreads like a virus throughout your body”
► Neglect person who repeatedly talk about suicidal ideation.
